We are recruiting across Australia. Tell us where you are based, what you do and when you are free. That is the whole of the first step.
It takes about five minutes and you do not need your documents in front of you. Identity, checks and referees come before your first placement, not before you can look around.

We are a provider organisation short of staff
Tell us the gap — the town, the support, the hours — and we will tell you who we have. Placements run along the Hunter and Mid North Coast corridor.
You keep the participant relationship. We supply the worker, carry the screening and send you one invoice.

What a provider gets
Screened before they start
Work rights, screening checks, a police check, first aid, and both banning registers. Nobody works a shift with an outstanding check.
A compliance file you can hand over
Export every worker we have placed with you, with their checks and expiry dates, ready for an audit file. It is one click, not a fortnight of emails.
One invoice
Hours are logged against the shift and go to you for approval. What you approve is what you are billed for.

What we check, and what we do not hold
We run the same checks for every worker and we track the expiry dates. We do not keep copies of anybody's passport or birth certificate — identity is verified through a document verification service and we record the result, not the document.
If you are a participant or a family member
We do not take bookings from participants or families, and there is nothing here to search. Zentra One supplies workers to the provider organisation you already have an agreement with.
