A staffing agency, based in Gloucester.

Zentra One Pty Ltd supplies screened support workers and nurses to provider organisations — NDIS providers, aged care providers and supported independent living operators. They hold the participant relationship. We cover the shift.

Why here

The shortage is worst where the maps run out. A provider in Sydney that loses a worker on Thursday has options. A provider in Gloucester or Taree that loses one has a participant with nobody coming on Friday.

So we started in the corridor we know, and we are growing along it town by town rather than everywhere at once. Recruitment is national, because the person who unlocks the next town is usually already living in it.

Cabletow Care is a related party

Cabletow Care is a provider organisation related to Zentra One. When we supply workers to Cabletow Care, that is a related-party arrangement.

We would rather you heard it from us than worked it out later. So it is written down in three places. This page. Cabletow Care's own record inside our system, which carries a related-party flag. And any document where the relationship matters.

It changes nothing about how anybody else is treated. Workers are screened the same way whoever they are placed with. Rate cards are agreed provider by provider and versioned the same way. A shift is offered to the workers who fit it, not to the provider who is closest to us.

What we are, plainly

We are

  • An agency that screens workers and supplies them to providers.
  • The paperwork that comes with a workforce: checks, expiry dates, insurance and pay.
  • One invoice to the provider, and one place their audit file comes from.

We are not

  • The provider of the supports. That is the organisation you contract with.
  • A place a participant or a family can search for or book a worker.
  • A plan manager, a support coordinator or an advocacy service.
