For provider organisations
Short a worker? Here is how it works.
Zentra One is a staffing agency. You hold the participant relationship, the service agreement and the plan. We supply a screened worker to cover the shift, and we carry the paperwork that goes with them.
Hunter and Mid North Coast, New South Wales.
Five steps
-
You tell us the gap
The town, the support, the hours, and anything that matters about the person — a language, a preference, whether they need the same face each week. An enquiry takes a couple of minutes and lands with a person.
-
We agree a rate card
Before the first shift, in writing, covering weekdays, evenings, weekends, public holidays and sleepovers. Rate cards are versioned and dated, so an invoice from March still prices at March's rates however many times we change them afterwards.
-
We put the shift to workers who fit
Only workers whose areas, supports and availability actually match see it. We assign from the ones who put their hand up, and we tell you who you are getting. Where we can, you get the same worker back.
-
The worker logs the session, you approve it
Check-in and check-out are timestamped on the worker's phone. A session that matches what was planned goes through on its own. One that does not comes to you with the difference set out and a reason attached, and you approve it or send it back.
-
One invoice
Approved sessions become one invoice for the period, itemised, with the GST treatment stated line by line rather than assumed. Payment terms are on the invoice.
The compliance file, done
The reason most agency arrangements hurt is not the shifts. It is being asked, six months later and at short notice, to prove that everyone who walked through the door was screened — and finding that the answer lives in somebody's inbox.
Export every worker we have placed with you, with their checks, screening outcomes, insurance and expiry dates, formatted for an audit file. It covers your placements and nobody else's. It is one click and it is current.
We track expiry dates as a matter of course and chase them before they lapse, so the export is not a scramble each time you ask for it.
Where we can cover
Placements run along the Hunter and Mid North Coast corridor.
- Gloucester
- Taree
- Forster
- Newcastle
- Port Macquarie
We are growing along that corridor rather than everywhere at once, because a town we cannot reliably cover is worse than one we have not opened. If you are close to it, ask anyway — we would rather tell you honestly than guess.
What we do not do
- We do not hold the participant relationship. The service agreement, the plan and the duty of care stay with you.
- We do not take bookings from participants or their families. There is nothing on this site for them to search, and there is no worker profile to browse.
- We do not roster your house or set your ratios. We fill the shift you asked for.
- We do not hand you an unscreened worker to save a day. A worker with an outstanding check does not go out.
One thing worth saying plainly: Cabletow Care is a provider related to Zentra One. When we supply workers to them it is a related-party arrangement, and we say so rather than leave you to find out. More about who we are.
Tell us where you are short
Useful things to include: the town, what support is needed, the hours and days, when you need it from, and whether it is one shift or an ongoing pattern. If you are not sure yet, send what you have.
Or email info@zentraone.com.au. We answer on weekdays, usually the same day.
