For support workers and nurses

We are a staffing agency. Provider organisations tell us where they are short, and we send someone good. You work the shifts you say yes to, at the rates you set, in the areas you cover.

The first step takes about five minutes
Seven short screens. You can stop part way through and come back — nothing is lost.
- Where you are based. Your suburb and postcode.
- Areas you cover. Where you will travel to, and how far.
- What you do. The supports you offer.
- Your rates. Including weekends and public holidays.
- When you are free. The days and times you can work.
- Your photo. A clear one from your phone is perfect.
- About you. Two or three lines on how you work.
That is the whole of it. No certificates, no identity documents, no ABN, no bank details. Your profile goes live the moment you finish, badged as pending verification, and you can start looking at shifts straight away.
Before your first placement
The rest comes when a shift is close, not before. It is longer, and you can do it in any order over as many sittings as you like.
- Proof of identity. A hundred points, confirmed through a document verification service. We record the type of document and the result. We never keep a copy of the document itself.
- Your checks and tickets. Screening, police check, first aid and anything your work needs, with expiry dates. We remind you well before they run out.
- Two referees. We email them a short form. You do not have to chase them.
- Insurance. A few questions, so we can confirm you are covered.
- Your ABN and your bank details. So we can pay you. We check the ABN as you type, and we hold the last four digits of your account and nothing more.
- A yearly declaration. About a minute. It is reissued each July.

Recruitment is national and it is worth registering wherever you are. Where the workers are is how we decide which town to open next, so a profile in a place we do not cover yet is not a wasted five minutes.
How it works once you are on
You choose the shifts
Shifts that match your areas, your supports and your availability show up on your shift board. You put your hand up for the ones you want. Nothing is allocated to you without your say-so.
You log your hours on your phone
Check in when you arrive and check out when you leave. If you forget, you can add the session by hand and say what happened.
You are engaged as a contractor
Today we engage workers as contractors, so you will need an ABN before your first placement. We pay you directly on a weekly run — the provider pays us, and chasing that invoice is our job, not yours.
We keep your checks in date
We track every expiry and chase you well before it lapses, because a check that has quietly run out is how good workers lose shifts they were counting on.
